Yes, using the Openwork Trading Platform, we operate under a representative "whole of market" proposition. This effectively creates a "best of the best" scenario for our clients.

Does Rothco charge fees for advice?
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The charging of such a fee will depend upon your circumstances, but if we charge a fee we estimate that it would be a maximum of £500, or 1% of the loan amount, if greater. Typically this will be £500, this is payable on completion. Although we have a fee structure in place, allowing us to charge for what is often more complex work, our team of professional advisers have absolute discretion in this regard. More often than not they exercise this discretion in our clients’ favour and do not charge a fee.
Does Rothco arrange home visits?
Yes. We are very well equipped to see our clients in our pristine office environments, but we also regularly make home visits. This is especially important for those who live in rural locations or for those who do not have the flexibility to see us during office hours.
